"The Great Migration" published by New England Historical and Genalogical Society has a section on Augustine Clement on pages 101 - 106. This is a most excellent and well researched book with references to every statement made.

The authors show that Augustine Clement's wife was Elizabeth. There is indirect evidence to believe that her maiden name was Bullock. Their only known children were:

1. Elizabeth Sheldon who was baptised in Berkshire on 2 Mar 1633/34. She m. William Sumner.

2. Samuel Sheldon b. 29 Sep 1635; m1 Hannah Ign's daughter [!!] on 2 July 1657 in Boston and m2 Deborah [-?-] by 1669. Samuel's estate settlement mentions his widow, Deborah.

3. Joanna Sheldon who d. in Dorechester 19 Nov 1638. No known birth date.

4. John Sheldon b. in Dorechester on 21 Oct 1639. There is no further information on him.

I thought I would mention this since you have Samuel marrying someone else entirely and when he was only 19 yo. You might want to re-check your data and the references for that data.
