I'm looking for a William Clemens/Clemons that adopted my grandfather Frank C. Clemmons/Clemons who was born in Blytheville, Arkansas i think that is in Washington County not sure. But i believe Frank's parents were Edmonds/Edmunds from Arkansas and died when he was very little. The story says that his Uncle William Clemons adopted him and took over the land that Frank's parents left to him. I am just searching for more information on my family history and looking for relatives. He lost contact with his relatives many years ago. If anyone can help me i would appreciate it greatly!
