I cannot connect these names to my branch of Clemens families (descended from Jacob Clemens ca.1704-1782, son of immigrant Gerhardt Clemens). In checking out the Census of 1860 for clues, I did not find anyone named Lewis or George in Pennsylvania areas where I know my branch of Clemens lived. Just a guess, but with the info you have I cannot make a connection.
