Am looking for my ggg-grandfather, John Clements. He had a son named Benjamin, born 1803 in Orange County, NC who married a Nancy Ross. One of their children was William G. Clements who married Annie Moring. my g-grandparents from Morrisville, NC The only info that WG had on his grandfather was that his name was John. John may have been born in the early 1770s in Orange County North Carolina. Records around 1800 were destroyed? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
