McCall, Clem, Walker, Harper

I just posted one query a few days ago and have had an opportunity to collect my thoughts since then. I'm a descendent of Sam McCall who was born in TN about 1800 and moved with his family to Limestone Co., AL, in the fall of 1814. Sam remained there until sometime in the 1840s. I'm interested in determining if he was the father of Catherine McCall who married Anderson Andrew Clem. There are several problems. In 1850, Sam was in MS and married to a Nancy. Also in 1850 there was a Phoebe Harper, born about 1797 in TN, living with Anderson and Catherine. Who was she? On the 1830 census record, Sam McCall had a daughter less than 5 and another 5-10. The older daughter was Martha who married Ellison Murphy in Limestone County. The younger may have possibly been Catherine or Lucinda McCall, both about the same age and both married in Limestone County within a year of each other. Only one will fit, which one? Who were the parents of the other? Or, were Sam and Phoebe divorced and one daughter lived with Phoebe? Or, was there another Sam McCall who left no records of his existance? Nothing makes sense. As best I can now determine with the existing records, there was only one Sam McCall in Limestone County when both Catherine and Lucinda were born and when they were married. Can anyone help with any of these questions?
