Wayne: Have you looked in the book, Cleggs of the Upper Ohio Valley, writtne by Blaine Clegg. This book covers a lot of the Clegg family from Pa, Ohio and West Virginia. I believe that I saw Thomas in the book. One is located in the Parkersburg, WV public library and one is also in the Monroe Co. Ohio public library. I am currently doing genealogy work on this family. I have two different Clegg lines that I am working on. Samuel Clegg Jr. DOB 1812 born in Penn., son of Samuel Sr. DOB 1769 born in Ireland. This Samuel married Catherine Greiner in Monroe Co. OH. Catherines brother John Adam Greiner married Margaret Clegg. Her father was Thomas Clegg DOB 1796 in Pennsylvania. His father was Samuel DOB 1776 and His father was Thomas DOB 1958 in County Down, Ireland.
