I do not have email, but I do check the forums daily.
I am helping a friend of mine do research on the Clegg
family tree.
Hers starts with James Clegg birth date unk. but
he married a Sarah Richardson 22 Feb 1819 in Accrington,
England. they had the following children:
1)Henry Clegg who moved to the USA with other Clegg family
and died in Taunton, Mass.
2) Joseph Clegg Birth date unk.
3) Jennie Clegg Birth Date unk.
4) William Clegg born poss. in Burnley, England
5) Sarah Clegg born poss. in Burnley, Eng.
6) Ellen Clegg born 29 Mar.1824 Christened 18 Apr 1024
7) Enoch Glegg born 24 Mar 1826, died 28 Sept 1884 in Taunton Bristol Mass and in terred in Taunton, Bristo.
He md. twice: 1) Alice Kenyon born 8 Jan 1824 amd died 1 Aug 1861 2) Ann Jolly, her second marriage, her md. name
was Strictland. she was the daughter of John Jolly and Peggy.
If anyone has any information on the this line. Please
put it on this forum. Would appreciate more information
on James and Sarah and who their parents were etc.
