Laura Ann Clegg born about 1859. (this is all that is listed)
Charles Fletcher Clegg, b. 12/22/1860, d. 10/1/1861
Thomas Carney Clegg, b.8/20/1863 d. between Aug.-Nov. 1887 bur. Chatham Methodist Church
Velena (Vella) Clegg, -m- George Williams of Wythville, Va member of the D.A.R. #113271 on Capt. Wm. Polk & John Stroud
The last will and testament of Thomas Carney Clegg is printed in the book as well.
I would be willing to bet that you have this book since there is no mention of Laura Ann's death or whether she was married or had children; the same goes for Velena Clegg (no mention of children, if any).
