I am descended from Ann Clegg born abt1807 (possibly connected to yr Mary Clegg). Ann mrrd William Milne (1803-1852) from Ladyhouse/Milnerow area near Rochdale. My g.g. Mary born near Spotland 1834 was one of 8 children. She came to Canada after 1885.
