Tracing an Elias Clegg married Ann Jane Bowers supposedly a linen manufacturer in Enniskillen. Descended from his son Joseph Clegg b 1812 Bermuda, married Mary Watson in Longford County Tyrone. We know from existing certificates that his children were confirmed in Enniskillen have as yet found no Irish records. Migrated to New Zealand with most of his children in 1862 to take up a school teaching position.
