My grandfather was Anton Cleereman. As I understand it, from my father, Kenneth, there was a falling out between his grandfather and his grandfather's twin brother. Apparently both twins had side-by-side mirror image homes and have side-by-side cemetary memorials, but my father was discouraged from asking about his uncle. I am very interested in more information about the Cleeremans, especially if there is information which extends to Belgium. The family immigrated to DePere, WI and went on to own and operate a lumber company (my grandfather was the last to operate this)a large farm which left the family when my father was unwilling to become a farmer, and the machine shop which is still operational.
