William Cleary 1776-1830 and Fanny Large 1777-1830
William and Fanny are my 3rd great grandparents.I am descended through their son Henry born 1823.My problem is verifying the rest of the children.I have a family history that states that both William and Fanny died of cholera in 1830 in Ireland.I am fairly sure about five children: Henry 1823; Edward and Mary Ann, twins, born and died 1824; William 1826; and Edward 1829.There are references in other family trees about an Elizabeth, not sure when born; Thomas born 1830; Joseph born 1831 and Mary Ann born 1839.
Obviously, some of these children could not have been born after the parents had died.Thomas is a maybe, since he could have been a newborn when parents died.Other than 1830, I do not have death dates. However, Joseph in 1831 and Mary Ann in 1839 are impossible.Elizabeth is an unknown.
Either these children are not grouped into the correct family, the birth dates are incorrect, or the death of the parents is incorrect.I have not been able to find any documentation about any of stats.Everything I have is information passed to me by other people or what is indicated in the family history, which is a typewritten, but unpublished, record that was written by someone in 1930.My mother got a copy through some distant cousins and did not record their names any where.
Does anyone have verifiable information about this family?
My personal emails: [email protected] or [email protected].
My lineage: William Cleary (1776) to Henry Cleary (1823) to Grace Cleary (1867) to Olive Lucille Smith (1909) to Jacqueline Elaine Person (1929) to me.
Thanks for any help.
Rosemary
