I have a Thomas Walker, shown as son of John Walker and Mary Beecroft on a Flos Township, Simcoe County, Ontario marriage record. Thomas Walker married on December 5, 1894 at Elmvale, Emma Jane Robbins daughter of Joseph Robins and Mary Jane McQuay. Marriage doc. #011235.
(Note: Marriage document erroneously lists father's first name as Robert, rather than Joseph).
Thomas Walker likely died before 1904, as Emma Jane Walker (daughter of Joseph Robins and Jane McQuay) was married on December 21, 1904 at Nottawasaga, Simcoe County, Ontario to Henry Cleary son of Thomas Cleary and Mary Walker.
A son, William Henry Cleary (who served with the RCAF at Cold Lake, Alberta in 1962), was born on May 23, 1905 and a daughter, Emma Pearl Cleary, was born March 23, 1907. At time of daughter's birth Henry Cleary was a farmer residing at Nottawasaga Twp. on Lot 17, Concession 11.
Am researching the Robins/Robbins and McQuay lines.
Would appreciate hearing from anyone who has descendant information on Thomas and Emma Jane (Robbins) Walker --or--on Henry and Emma Jane (Robbins) [Walker] Cleary.
