Afer posting my first message I realized I could give some more information. I am also interested in any information you may have. Daisy is my maternal great-grandmother. I am the grandaughter of her yougest child Mary Jane. My great aunt (94 yrs), earlier this week, told me about a Claypool cemetary in Riverview, Parks Twp. Armstrong Co. PA. My plan is to find it and take pictures which I will post. I live in North Vandergrift, Parks Township, Armstrong Co. PA. The house I live in was reportedly built by the Claypool family. According to my great-Aunt this entire section of town was owned by the Claypools. There are many cousins who still live in this area and own much of the property here. Also, it seems as though James Wilson Claypool was married to Etta in the 1900 census but in the 1910 census he was married to Harriet Ridley. My great-aunt told me Ester and Atley were step-siblings to Daisy but my reasearch shows the were full biological siblings and the 3 other children (Edith, Evelyn, Marge) were born in a subsequent Marriage to Harriet Ridley. When I asked my Aunt who her grandmother was she says Harriet. I have no information on Etta. Do not know if they were divorced or if she died then James remarried. I also do not know her maiden name. My great-aunt eluded to an affair but not certain about this. Hope this is helpful. Please don't hesitate to contact me.
