James Brown Clay and Susan Jacob were married October 12, 1843. There is no Moses in their list of ten children. This family is sort of well known as James Brown Clay was a member of Congress and a member of a high profile family. What evidence is there that they had a child in 1842 in Alabama? Bill LaBach in Georgetown, Kentucky.
