I am continuing the research of the Grush name that my grandfather and father had worked on. Does your grush line have any ancestors in the New England area? Do you know if they came from the Isle of Jersey? If Grush is the actual name (ours came from deGrouchy) and is not a shortened slavic name, we may have a connection.
