I have just started Clay research after I got some information from family. I have had help in finding census's for this family...and am finding that there are so many things that just dont add up. If you recognize these names..please let me know.

1920 Fulton Co. GA

Melvian, wife 23 all born TX
Mary, dau, 8, born GA
Francis, dau 5, born TX
Charlie, son 1, GA
Emma Williams, sister in law, 12

1930 Smith Co., TX
302 Clay, Barto 33 first married age 17; all born GA; carpenter
Melvina, wife 32, first married age 16; all born TX
Mary, dau 18, GA
Frances, Dau, 15, TX
Johnnie, son 11, GA
Jesse, son 9, TX

next door is
253 284 Clay, Oscar J., 36 born GA, brickmason
Ary? (Ory), wife 42
Ollie E., dau 14
Tibbs, Willie Lee, daugter in law 17

household 250
Clay, Robert O., 23, born Texas; parents GA; brickmason
Emma, wife 23, TX

Do you recognize any of these Clays????
