I recently received information that Mitchell Clay and Phebe Belcher married about 1760 in Chesterfield Co, Va. If this is true, then
she could not be the daughter of Francis
Belcher and Phebe Cabiness who married in 1771. I understand that there is another Francis Belcher and Phebe Cabiness who lived in Chesterfield Co, Va.

I would be interested in any information that you have about these people.
