There is a cemetery in Boyd County,Ky on Bear Creek (formerly Lawrence County, Ky). It is called the "old Ross Cemetery" and it is located on the Gypsy Hughes farm. It is overgrown and no fencing. The stones are knocked over.
Here is buried Ross family, Burns family and Bellomys.

I have pictures of the stones for many including:
Rowland T. Burns died August 19, 1833, aged 39 ys. 11 Mo. 23 D's.
Also: Catherine wife of R.T. Burns, died December 14, 1857,
aged 66 ys. 10 Mo. 18 Ds.

We should talk because there must be some connection between our families.

1. The Ross family is buried with the Burns.
2. The Ross family married into Fannins of which one Sparah Ross maried Isaac Fannin, son of John & Keziah Fannin ( the Keziah sounds familiar)
3. It is said that another of John & Keziah Fannin's children, Philip married Rebecca Clay, daughter of William Clay and Rebecca Cecil. I am very interested in this marriage. I cannot prove that Rebecca was a Clay or that William Clay and Rebecca Cecil even had a daughter Rebecca.
Can you help in this area?

Hope to hear from you.
Sincerely, Pat Fannin
