I have a hard copy of this grant, and I'm assuming that Thomas Clay received it for his service in the American Revolution for freedom from England. I also have information where he transferred some of the acerage to a son, Thomas Clay. There is another grant as well, issued to a Michael Clay next to Thomas's grant. I am wondering if they are brothers.
Can make copies of these for you and send them snail mail as I don't have a scanner, if that is acceptable to you.
