Dolly, obviously you are correct as you have the will. In relooking at everything, I gave you the wrong William. I have at least 15 Williams, and 6 Judith/Judahs. I am so sorry. Is your William married to Ann Old? I did not have all his children. I have as this Williams parents, Charles Clay Jr. and Sarah ? This came from "Clay Quarterly, Vol 1 & 2, pg 23 & 72" However I do know some of this early work is not always correct. Yours may be another William entirely. This William, son of Charles & Sarah, did have a sister Judith who I have as marrying a William Hatcher. Perhaps you should email me direct and I can send you the family sheets for what I do have and maybe together we can unravel this mess. I do have Judith Clay, d of William Mitchel Clay and Martha Runyan? as the wife of Thomas Farley. This Judith did have a brother William.
Another reason I know that the William from William Mitchel is not your William, is that I only have one Meredith, and he was the son of Mitchell Clay Jr. grandson of William Mitchell. I do not have your Meredith at all.
