Elsie, I am very much interested in what you have on the Royal Clay line. I am a descendant of Royal's younger daughter Mary who was listed as 7 years old in the 1850 Mississippi census. Mary married John Newcomb. They were in the 1870 census in Sebastin County Arkanas with three children. The first child was born in Texas in 1865. Franklin 3 and Emma 2 was born in Arkansas. I would like to find out more information of where and when they were married.
