Sophia Clay Grush - connection to Henry Clay?

Hello -

I'm looking for information to find the relationship between my
grandmother, Sophia Clay Grush (deceased 1909), to Henry Clay
(the statesman).

Sophia Clay Grush lived in Balimore City, fathers name was Eugene
Grush. (we don't her mothers name). Sophia married David Duff Kennedy,
my grandfather.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
