I found Madeline M. Claxton in the 1930 Eastland Co.TX census. With her family.
Madeline was born 1919 Eastland Co.TX
& died in Phoenix Arizona.
her father was Johnnie Brooks Claxton born 20 Nov 1895 in Texas. died 15 Oct 1974 in Phoenix Arizona.
Mother was Susie Garner Mitchell born 15 Mar 1893 in Alabama died 10 Oct 1987 in Phoenix Arizona.
I BELEAVE Madeline M. Claxton Past befor her parents pastaway. I found there Obituary and Madeline M. Claxton is not on it as a Survivors on eather of there Obituary

Susie Garner Mitchell (Claxton)Obituary
Sue G. Claxton, 93, of Phoenix, a retired factory worker, died Oct. 10, 1987, at Scottsdale Convalescent Center. She was born in Alabama. Survivors include a son, John D.; one sister; a grandchild; and two great grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Camelback Sunset Chapel, 301 W. Camelback Road. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.

From the Mesa Tribune, Thursday, 17 Oct 1974: "Services for Johnnie Brooks Claxton, 78, who died Tuesday, Oct. 15, en route to Mesa Lutheran Hospital, will be at 11 A.M. Friday in Gibbons Bunker Desert View Chapel, 9702 E. Apache Tr. Graveside rites will be at 2 P.M. Friday in Memory Lawn Memorial Park of Phoenix. Mr. Claxton, of 9913 E. Apache Tr., moved to Payson 49 years ago and lived in Mesa the past seven years. A retired farmer, he was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Mesa. Survivors include a son, John D. of Phoenix; a sister, Mrs. Jewell Wilson of Salt Lake City, and one grandchild. Friends may call at the mortuary from 2-9 P.M. today."
