I have records of a William Clawson born September of 1802 (maybe in Mont. Cty, Ohio) to Josiah and Sophia Luce. He died August 16, 1827 and is buried in the Old Baptist Cemetary in Fountain County, Indiana. He was married to Catherine (?). This Catherine might be Cathanne Martin married to William on June 15, 1826 in Fountain County, Indiana. They had two Children that I know of: Sophia and William. I do not have birth, death or marriages for either. Hope this helps. There is also a Catherine Clawson marrying a John Reynolds April 18, 1941 and a Catherine Clawson marrying William Moore January 23, 1834. Could be a second marriage for Catherine after the death of William????????????????.
