John Laird (see postings on this forum) may have some info for you. He provided me some good clues in my hunt for Delilah Ann Clawson
(married Robert Charles Bunch). Info my father gathered before his death indicates Delilah was born in 1841 (but Mr. Laird's info suggests maybe ten years earlier). Possibility she was a daughter of Peter or Frederick Clawson's so that's what I'm trying to find out now. The Garrett Clawson Mr. Laird provided info on married a Delilah Sawyer or Shroyer in 1811. Says he was born in PA in 1795 so this sure sounds like your boy! His address is JohnLaird9@aol.com.
