I have a Rachel Clawson DeBolt b. Jan. 7, 1797, d. Mar.6, 1871, in my family. The information I have comes from a handwritten list of ancestors which came from my grandmother Katie Clawson Hill. According to Granny, Rachel was a sister to her grandfather, John R. Clawson. Their parents are Andrew and Mary Russell Clawson. Is this your Rachel?
