Rachel Clawson married John Patton, 8 Jan 1823, Clark Co., OH. About 1826 they moved to Allen Co., OH. Rachel died in Feb 1850. I believe her brothers may be Josiah, d. 1844, Putnam Co., OH, Thomas, and Andrew. All were early settlers of Allen and Putnam Cos. Who are the parents of Rachel and her brothers? Are they connected with the Clawson family in Montgomery Co., OH?
