I believe that Delilah Clawson's husband Robert Charles Bunch lived on a farm in Jay County, IN at the time of the 1850 census. We don't know exactly what year Delilah & Robert married but they were living in Howard Co., IN at the time of the birth of their son William Richard Bunch (b. Oct. 1858). Another daughter, Hattie Bell Bunch was born 10 Oct 1867 in Trenton, IN. Randolph Co., IN appears several times in my Bunch files and I also have Berne & Geneva, IN, Bunches as well as in Fairmount & Marion (Grant Co) & Wells Co. Appears early Bunches came to IN from NC via KY; there is an Ishmael Bunch in early 1830's Blackford Co. IN & William & Margaret Bunch in 1830's Jay Co. IN. Robert Charles Bunch is their son. Pretty sure Delilah's parents must have been from western Ohio or eastern IN. Hope this helps....???
