Do you know whether or not James and Mary CLARKSON had a son named James b. @ 1787? This one would have gone to TN by 1810 or 1820 in Grainger Co. He married a Mary ??? b. VA @ 1794. They were in Jefferson Co., TN census in 1850. I've been at a brick wall for years. Their children, that I know of, were Jarret, Madison, Washington, Nelson, Hannah, Elizabeth, Louisa, Ezekiel Camel, Amanda P., David, and Melissa. I've wondered if there might be a family surname connection with any of these names. Do you know the names of the children of James CLARKSON and Mary who were married in 1787?
