I see that you have a Clarkson who came to Rives Co., MO, early on. Later that county was divided into two or three other counties, including St. Clair and Henry.
In the 1860 U. S. Census for Osceola, St. Clair County, MO, I find:
Littleton Clarkson age 28 m. farmer b. in Missouri
married to a Mary age 24 f. born in Tennessee
child John W. age 1 month born in Missouri.
