Patsy Clarkson GLAVES lived with her son Daniel Glaves and family in 1860 in Highland Township, Lewis Co, MO Reel M653-629, Page 26. Census lists Patsey GLAVES 67 F b. KY living with Daniel N. GLAVES, 40 M Farmer b. KY; Nancy 40, b. KY, James H. 11 b. KY; Elizabeth 9, b. KY; John N. 7 b. KY; Martha A 5 b. KY; Michael 2 b. MO; and Graham 1 M b. MO. Next family but one is Wm M. GLAVES 40 farmer b. KY and family. Also nearby (census p. 14) is James R. GLAVES 30, b. KY, with wife and child. They all live near Nelson JOHNSON, step-son of Patsey's aunt Elizabeth Clarkson JOHNSON. Nelson seems to have been a rallying force in the family. I would be delighted to share/exchange CLARKSON (or JOHNSON) info. Thanks.
