Hi - I am looking for information on Philip Clarkson, born 3-17-1782 England (probably), who married Sarah Powelson (born 1792 Bedminster, NJ) and had four boys including David Clarkson (born 3-13-1817 Pluckemin, NJ died 1880), who married 11-3-1844 in Northville, MI to Sarah Ann Bradley (born 6-20-1822 E Bloomfield, NY died 10-20-1903), and had several children including my gr-gr-grandfather Lucius Herbert Clarkson born 5-1-1859 and later moved to Chicago.

As far as I can tell, this branch of the Clarksons is not related to the NY Clarksons or the Middlesex NJ branch.

Is anyone related to this branch of the Clarkson family, either in Somerset Co, NJ, or in the Detroit area, or Chicago area? I would like to trade info.
