Hopefully the following will help you.
I married Paul Hilton Clarke on April 14, 1977. Our first daughter Melinda Brooke Clarke was born on July 5, 1977, our second daughter Jennifer Louise was born on March 30, 1981. We are of course divorced and have both since remarried. Paul was born to Murray Hilton Clarke and Josephine Helstrom on April 22, 1955. He has an older brother Dave, who was born on April 1 about 1952 or 1953. Murray and Josephine were never married as he was already married and had two older children Doug and Donna. I don't know much about them. David and Paul were born in Fort Erie and were separated from their father when they were young as their mother moved to the Kingston area in the late 1950's, early 1960's. David and Paul were reunited with their father when they were a little older and he had married Janet, She was a widow, her first husband had been a police officer in Huntsville and died of cancer. Janet had adopted a baby girl, Ronda, who is about the same age as David. David was married about 1971 or 1972 to Judy Thompson, they had two children, Laurie and Troy, they have divorced and David has another son named James. Both Laurie and Troy have children of their own. If you would like the correct full names and dates I could get them for you or you can contact Paul Clarke at (613) 279-2049, he lives in the Sharbot Lake area as does David.
I would love to get a copy of the information that you have managed to gather. If a copy would be arranged it would be appreciated. I have already given you my address and my telephone number is (905) 579-3300. It would certainly help Jennifer with her college project. The kids would like to know where Janet is now as we lost touch with her after Murray's funeral. I am actually surprised that I was able to reach someone from the Port Sydney Clarkes. This web site was our first try to get family information. Unfortunately my children didn't get to know Murray very well due to the circumstances in the family and they know next to nothing about the Clarke side of the family. They will be thrilled to learn something of their Clarke history.
