I am looking for information on Captain Samuel Clarke. He was married to Marie Horstman, & had a daughter Elizabeth b. April 1, 1829 in Cincinnati. Captain Clarke died when his steamboat exploded on Nov. 25, 1838 in New Orleans, Louisiana.
