since the last time I posted I have been given some new news. someone has found for me the marriage between EDITH SELBY and HAROLD CLARKE.They married the 19 APRIL,1919 at the st-peters parish church in loughborough. Harold's father was HARRY CLARKE.HAROLD was 24 and was a labourer living at 12 paget street loughborough. EDITH was 23 and a cotten spinner.they were married by banns and witnesses to their marriage were JOHN HENRY WITHERBED and ELSIE L SMITH.
