I believe so but that is what I'm trying to find out.

If you could help me with what you have, that may answer our question.

I have a Margaret Jane Clarke b:1927
that married in Sask a
Bernard Ernest Brittain b:1900

They had 3 children.

It is most difficult when getting information on any 'Clarke' because I'm never sure if it is spelled with or without and 'e'. My paperwork HAS an 'e'.
