I would suggest you send for death certificates for Rose. That should give you more information about her parents. There also may be an obituary for Rose at the Orange County Library. I think that Marcus MARTIN was her father and her mother's father was was Moses? Jim?James? Stewart. Her birth should be recorded in Texas. You can also send for a copy of her social security application to get information about her parents
