Looking for info on Arthur and Samuel Clark. The latter married Johannah Townsley in Jefferson Co., Georgia in 1816, and Arthur may have been his father. Samuel and family are listed in the 1850 census in Jefferson Co.; this listing says he was born in Ireland. Arthur and Samuel were probably in Burke County before Jefferson County was created.
