Looking for siblings and/or parents of Sarah Elizabeth Clark, born August 02, 1817 in Jackson Co., Tennessee. She was the second wife of Haywood G. Bennett. They married on April 01, 1850 in Jackson Co., Tennessee. Sarah Elizabeth died on November 19, 1868 probably in the Hamilton Co., Illinois area; or the Ripley Co., Missouri area.
Haywood and Sarah had two children: John Pomfret Bennett III, born July 04, 1851 in Jackson Co., TN. and Henry Claudius Bennett, born August 28, 1853 in Jackson Co., Tennessee.
(Haywood G. Bennett had ten children by his first wife Esther L. Houston.)
I don't know if, since Sarah was 33 when she and Haywood married, she might have been married before.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
