My great grandmother, Eva Clark born 14 Jun 1898 married Melvin Clark, possibly in Illinois or Iowa. They had three children, Ruby (my grandmother)b. Souix City Ia 1920, Mildred and Charles before they became estranged. I cannot find any record of their marriage or any information about Melvin. I've been told that Melvin spent some time working for Cook County, IL, as a tin smith. He probably lived in Chicago in the 1920's, but I didn't find him on the census. Any information about Melvin would be much appreciated. Thanks, Wendy
