younger died near Lancaster CA while in the army. Victim of an aviation crash 7 December 1942 at War Eagle Field,
wonder if he is orphan of
Walker Lucas Clapp who died in San Francisco July 1, 1929.
He was the son of another Walker Lucas Clapp who had been a
mayor of Memphis TN.
Obituary if possible on both younger and /or probable father. Information of any kind would be appreciated.
Do not need info on former mayor.
