Seeking info on Thomas Clapp, b. abt. 1783. He married a Phebe Blackmar or Blackman in Northampton, Mass. in 1811. The Clapp Memorial calls him a son of John Clapp, b. Windsor, CT around 1740, who married a Sarah Pomeroy, but has no further on this line. "Ancient Families of Windsor" mentions the family, but not this John specifically.
