Does anyone have any information on the genealogy of the following people named Clapp, who all lived in Maine or had spouses from Maine?
Nathaniel Clapp, of Nobleboro, Maine, married 1) Sarah Flint in 1810 in Nobleboro, Maine; 2) Lucy Donnell Robinson, in February 1842.
Mary F. Clapp, born 17 Aug 1816 in Damariscotta, Maine, died 6 Oct 1881, married 1) Luther Sayward Robinson (brother of Lucy, above) in 1837 in Nobleboro, Maine; then, after he died, married 2) his brother, Charles Sewall Robinson, in 1842.
Lydia Clapp, married John Ranks, had a daughter named Charlotte Ranks, born about 1821, died 1914 in Bath, Maine. Charlotte married Fisher Ames Donnell.
Royal Oscar Clapp, born 1889 in Malden, Mass., died 1967 in Westfield, Mass., married Margaret Wildes Bruce in 1912 in Malden. She was born in 1887 in Bath, Maine, and died in 1962 in Clinton, Mass.
Daniel F. Clapp, born abt. 1827, died 1854, married Ann Mary Robinson in 1850 in Bath, Maine. She was the daughter of Jeremiah Robinson and Deborah Leavitt. Daniel and Mary had a son named James R. Clapp, born about November 1851, died 1876, who married Annie O. Ellers in 1874, and they had two children: Frederick R. Clapp and Ann M. Clapp.
