Without going back into the voluminous "stuff" I have, having done that just this morning, nothing you say rings any bells. Names, etc. Sorry. Maybe you can trace Something a little further into more recent times. I told you once that what I have is quite accurate In the times and For the times done, but gets more vague as it gets further back. I know you know what I mean.

My grandfather, Clifford Blake Clapp, was an avid geneologist. He was a Librarian by profession, at Dartmouth, Univ of Penn, Harvard, and the Huntington Library. Last lived, and died, in Northampton, MA. My Dad carried that on somewhat, and his younger sister even more so. She even visited some places in County Devon, maybe Devonshire, etc, in England, and found old Clapp ( then Clap) homes.

I hope you do not get me too interested in geneology. I have enough to do, keeping up with stuff and people from my 32+ years as a United States Marine Officer---Pilot.
