My name is Brandie Clampit, and I'm searching for my ancestors. My grandfather was James Clampit of Jonesboro, born of Maborn and Bertie Clampit. Maborn was born of Walter and Myrtle Clampit. Maborn/Bertie had the following children: Lee, James, Raymond, Amos, Rachel and Evelyn. Rachel married into Brown family and Evelyn married Ollie Starks. Evelyn and Ollie moved to IL. Bertie died and Maborn remarried Ida Wallace many years later.
