In most books that I've read so far, Thomas Claiborne, son of Lt. Col. Wm. C. Claiborne and Jane Elizabeth Buller/Butler who married Sara Fenn, is credited with only one child, son Capt. Thomas Claiborne who married Anne Fox.
I have found nothing to support a daughter Elizabeth who married Owen Sullivant.
I haven't found much on Owen Sullivant in the libraries, but what little I have found, there is no mention of his wife by name. I am descended from Owen Sullivant and if I can't prove the Claiborne conection, I'll have to wipe out about six generations of research.
Can anyone make this connection for me? Thanks SO much! It's needless to say how much I appreciate any help.
