Seems like there were alot of William Claybaughs. My William was William S. Claybaugh or Clabaugh. He was born 20 Sept. 1831 in Kingston OH. He married Mary Virginia Haahn in Knox Co. IL on 29 March 1863. He faught in the civil war in the 17th IA infantry. He had a brother in Clandina,IA, named Hiram (I think). He lived most of his life in Peoria Co. IL. He second, married Mary J. Croy in 1889. He died in 1916. I'd appreciate any information anyone might have on his family. Thank you, Linda Schilly
