I don't specifically know of an extensive history of the 25th Wisconsin, but there are a few easy places you can look for more information.First would be Dyer's Compendium.There's an online version at:http://www.civilwararchive.com/regim.htm
Also, I know the Wisconsin Adjutant General published a two volume history of the state's Civil War units sometime in the 1880's.Don't remember the exact date or title, but I would think this would be available in major urban libraries in Wisconsin.You might also be able to get it on inter-library loan from the Library of Congress.
