Trying to locate burial of Civil War Soldier-Richmond VA area hospital

I have read that most Civil War soldiers who died in or around Richmond were buried either in Oakwood or Hollywood Cemeteries.
"""CAVIS, John W. - Pvt. *Enr. Winchester, VA, on 8 Nov 62 by Colonel TURNEY; absent Nov & Dec 62, at hospital on account of disability; died 19 Dec 62 at Richmond, VA, due to disease.*"""
I was wondering if anyone had a list or was able to access the listings of burials in these cemeteries and try to locate John's burial place. I have read that wooden markers had rotted and for several years none were there in Oakwood. But enventualy some were placed back on graves but not all have been identified.
Hopefully his grave has been identified. Or at least a listing of him in a cemetery is written down somewhere.
Thank you in Advance
Cindy
